1. Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to product availability
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers
- Prices are in PKR and inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
- COD orders require phone verification before dispatch
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days within Lahore, 3-7 days nationwide
- Shipping charges vary by location (free for orders over Rs. 5,000)
- We’re not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs
- Signature required upon delivery for orders above Rs. 10,000
3. Returns & Refunds
- 7-day return policy for unused items in original condition
- Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless faulty
- Custom-made items are non-refundable

4. Product Information
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
- All weights and measurements are approximate
- Product images are for illustration only
- Gold/silver plated items may tarnish over time
5. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content are property of Bangles.site
- Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited
- Customers may not resell products as their own designs
6. Limitation of Liability
- We’re not liable for any allergic reactions to metals
- Maximum liability is limited to the product’s purchase price
- Customers are responsible for proper product care
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts in Lahore.
